  1. Thanks for the article – my wife loves to look for shark’s teeth. Just to make sure I am following you, you mention both Jekyll and St Simons in your post. The instructions in the last paragraph are for St Simons – not Jekyll – correct? Just asking because I cannot find the road you mentioned on a St Simons map. I probably just need to look for it when I get there.

  2. Thank you SO much! Luckily I found your blog the night before heading to the sea rescue center. We stopped at your wonderful spot on the way home. This was the first time my 5 year old son had a chance to look for shark teeth and it didn’t disappoint. My husband and son found 5 within 15-20 minutes. I vowed not to leave until I found one. It didn’t happen but a really nice man gave me two that he found. Thanks again! We had so much fun!

  3. Thank you for the tip!! My son is obsessed with sharks, especially the prehistoric ones. We had a rainy day in Saint Simons today so went searching today and found quite a few teeth.
