Hey Yall!

It’s been awhile. Maybe you’re new here, or maybe you haven’t even noticed the silence, but either way, welcome! My last post here on the blog was the birth of our 5th kiddo, a giant babe who has brought so much joy and fun and busyness into our lives. Many things have changed since he was born and keeping up here was hard, but I missed it! Lately I’ve been feeling the pull back to the old blog, but wanted to do it right.

When I first started blogging, everything was new. Social Media was a fresh, ever changing landscape, and the word influencer hadn’t even been invented yet. I loved taking pictures, loved my little family, and wanted a place to share that. Like so many others, the last decade has been a constant evaluation of what am I comfortable with on the internet and how do I want to show up as my best, most authentic self while still protecting me and my kids privacy. While I’m not sure any of us have it 100% figured out, I am grateful to have been able to have stepped awhile for awhile, posting wise at least, to re-evaluate this space, but I never wanted to leave it behind, and so here we are!

I’m excited to share peeks into our life, home projects, and who knows what else. I’m a creature of habit and so my content will probably be similar to the past, who knows, maybe not? I’m excited to be present here again and re-connect with old and new readers and hopefully add something positive to this corner of the internet.
