July 30, 2013

This month has been SO crazy for us, and so much fun. While Brandon has been off with the army, Sawyer and I have been in six different states, to a family reunion, a wedding, and a crazy/fun road-trip of must-see sights. We finish the month today by driving down Route 66 today and we fly home from Las Vegas to Georgia tomorrow. Taking a leap. Putting myself out there.

I've been writing songs since I was 7, and spent my years after high school dipping my toes into the music industry. Life led a direction where I didn't have the time I needed to dedicate to my dreams but I never stopped writing and last fall I finally felt like it was my time to go all in and invest in myself for once and ever since, everything has been falling into place. (God's timing is always better than my own).

I wasn't sure if I should share the music side of my life here or if I should make a separate page but I decided to make a separate one.
