A Getaway

Last week we spent a few days in South Carolina relaxing and visiting Charleston. We went with my Aunt, and none of us had ever seen the city before, so it was fun seeing all of the historic sites and beautiful homes along the harbor. Most of all, it was so good just to get away for a few days and relax. Even as a stay at home mom, vacation is such a nice change of pace. We decided not to make any real plans and just kind of took each day as it came, it was great just taking our time and wandering around everywhere. I had no idea how busy Charleston would be even in what I thought was off-season time, but it was beautiful.
