Delnor-Wiggins Beach

Two weeks ago we were having the most amazing vacation in Florida as a family. We had been planning on taking a beach trip soon, and then Sawyer got the chance to model for Burts Bees Baby and so we made a vacation out of it. Three days of sunshine, sand, and swimming at some of the most protected beaches in the United States. I think all of our happiness went up about 5 million points for the week; the sun was hot, the water was warm enough to play a little in, the breeze was refreshing, and we had enough hotel points to get an awesome hotel room for the trip.
On our second day there we were at Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park playing as the sunset and it was the prettiest lighting in the prettiest place. It’s like a little island with big trees, tons of wildlife, and in the summer they say you can see tons of turtles coming up on the beach to lay their eggs (adding that to my bucket list). Here are just a few of the tons of pictures I took that night. I’ll share more from the other days/beaches later! (just imagine some tropical music or waves crashing as you look through these. I’ve been living vicariously through photos ever since we came home).
