Easter Hunt!

Easter is, by no small margin, probably my favorite holiday. We had planned to wait to celebrate but when my sister came into town last weekend, we decide to throw a last-minute Easter Egg Hunt! It reminded me of last year when Toan and I were able to come home from Florida post-surgery and we had our little last-minute-only-our-family-Hunt. All of the older people in my family are now vaccinated so it’s been nice getting back to more “normal” style holidays. The kids were SO happy to be with their cousins all weekend.

This was the first year that Toan could really “hunt.” We brought his walker (which he is doing awesome with) but he wanted to scoot around because he is so fast that way.

Sawyer and Rhett had their eyes on the bigger items- like soda, which they don’t get hardly ever. At the last minute I bought a big box of Little Bites and that ended up being the most popular with all the teenagers. There were a lot of trades going on.
